John L. Sbarbaro III, Of Counsel has been serving the needs of accident victims and their families for more than thirty years. With a plaintiff’s personal injury practice focusing on seriously injured victims and wrongful death claims as a result of automobile, motorcycle, and tractor trailer collisions, John has represented more than one thousand injured parties and has handled multi-million dollar claims. As an aggressive advocate for client’s rights, John pursues vocational, psychological, and economic damages in addition to recoveries for pain and suffering.

Although John’s practice is primarily within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he is well versed and has handled arbitrations, mediations, insurance claims, and settlements throughout the country.
John holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, a Masters in Business Administration from Widener University, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1983. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Chester County Bar Association.
PERSONAL
John enjoys Philadelphia professional sports, Villanova basketball, and spending time with his family. John and his wife Sandy, have three daughters and 15 grandchildren.
